The Delhi Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana has appreciated the North East DCP Sanjay Sain(IPS AGMUT 2011 batch) by giving the letter of appreciation to Sain. According to reports, In appreciation letter Asthana has appreciated Sain’s efforts for “improving the quality of the investigation and streamlining the investigation of riot cases but also the prosecution of the cases has also seen a paradigm shift in excellence”.
