Mrs. Ruchika Katyal IAS officer AGMUT 2013 batch she is presently posted in DNH&DD has been transferred to Delhi. Earlier, MHA notified that she has been transferred to Arunachal Pradesh However, a partial modification in the order came into effect yesterday stating that Katyal has been transferred to Delhi.
