Sachin Rana IAS officer AGMUT 2014 batch presently posted as Additional Chief Electoral Officer has been awarded with prestigious Indian Express Excellence in Governance award in Education category for the project named "Catalyst" - Innovation STEM Labs: Empowering Students with Technology and Skills in Arunachal Pradesh. The project was success as it achieved it core objectives by touching lives of more than two thousands students and inculcated hands on activity based STEM learning. For this initiative, he has also been conferred with Chief Minister Excellence Award in Public Administration for 2024.
