    According to recent developments in Telangana power corridors the state government of Telangana has started process to appoint next Telangana DGP.  Sources add that a panel of seven IPS officers have been sent to UPSC for shortlisting three to four names for consideration of state government.  The panel is as follows:-

    1. Ravi Gupta IPS officer 1990 batch
    2. CV Anand IPS officer 1991 batch
    3. Jitender IPS officer 1992 batch
    4. B. Shivadhar Reddy 1994 batch
    5. Shikha Goel IPS officer 1994 batch
    6. Dr. Soumya Mishra IPS officer 1994 batch 
    7. Sreenivasa Reddy IPS officer 1994 batch
