    Rajesh Aggarwal, lAS officer Maharastra 1989 batch who is presently posted as Secretary Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan)Government of India has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Minority Affairs by the ACC, Government of India. He will hold the additional charge till absence on leave of Chandra Sekhar Kumar, lAS (OR: 1992).
