Adil Khan IAS officer Assam-Meghalaya 2011 batch who is presently Secretary to the Government of Assam, Transport, Welfare of Minorities Development, Environment & Forest and Barak Valley Development Departments has been transferred as Secretary to the Government of Assam, Excise Department and given additional charge of Welfare of Minorities Development, Barak Valley Development and Irrigation Departments, Government of Assam.
