Centre Appoints 5 Judicial Members and 4 Administrative Members In CAT

The Appointment Cabinet Committee has approved the appointment of five judicial members and four administrative members in the CAT. Judicial Members are four former Judges of the High Court and one Legal Service officer. Meanwhile, there are four Administrative Officers, including two IAS officers and two officers from allied services.

1: Justice Biren A Vaishnav Former Judge of Gujarat High Court

2- Justice Navneet Kumar, former Judge of Jharkhand High Court

3-Justice Narendra Kumar Johari, former Judge of Allahbad High Court

4- Justice Ritu Tagore. former judge of Punjab&Haryana High Court

5- Diwakar Singh ILS, former Additional Secretary Department of Legal Affairs

Administrative Members

1-Vijoy Kumar IAS: PB: 1990 batch former Special Chief Secretary Government of Punjab

2-Braj Mohan Agarwal IRSME: 1986 batch former Member Traction and Rolling Stock Railway Board
