    Shurbir Singh, IAS officer AGMUT 2004 batch, who is presently posted as Secretary (Higher Education & Training and Technical Education) with additional charge of Secretary (Urban Development), has been transferred as Secretary (Finance) with the additional charge of Secretary (General Administration Department) and Secretary (Power) by the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi.
