Dr Shakeel P Ahammed IAS officer Assam-Meghalaya 1995 batch who is presently posted as ACS Home, Water Resources and CSR has been appointed as Chief Secretary of Meghalaya. He will succeed the current Chief Secretary Donald Phillip Wahlang IAS.
