The Anti-Terror Conference, recently organised by the National Investigation Agency(NIA), concluded yesterday. The Union Home Minister graced the event and emphasised on better Intelligence management among Intelligence agencies, giving special emphasis on Duty to Share instead of a Need To Know basis approach.
Among the top brass present, sources say the Director of the Intelligence Bureau, Tapan Deka, skipped the event due to health-related issues. Instead, R&AW Chief Parag Jain attended the event.
