    Arabinda Kumar Padhee IAS officer Odisha 1996 batch who is presenlty posted as Principal Secretary, Agriculture has been transferred as ACS of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department. He will continue to serve as Chief Administrator of Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA), Government of Odisha.
