Former Tamil Nadu DGP Dr C. Sylendra Babu IPS(Retd): TN: 1987 batch has been appointed as Advisor, Hyundai India Motors. He is a marathon and fitness enthusiast, with strong administrative skills in police and civil governance. He was awarded a PhD for his thesis on "missing children" by the University of Madras. In 2013, he obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources. He holds a PhD degree in Criminology from the University of Madras.
