HGS Dhaliwal, IPS officer AGMUT 1997 batch, presently DGP Andaman & Nicobar Islands, has been conferred with the prestigious President's Medal for Distinguished Service by A&NI LG Admiral D.K Joshi PVSM, AVSM,YSM,NM,VSM(Retd) at the Beating Retreat Ceremony culminating Republic Day celebrations. Dhaliwal was awarded a medal on Independence Day last year.
