Though ignored in NDA 2, this 8 time MP is not down. In the parliament recently, while answering question on area of forest, the Minister, Mr Harsh Wardhan, informed the house that forest area has increased, the ex-minister Mrs Maneka requested minister to relook the data because the satellite pictures capture sugar cane field also as forest hence the projected area likely to come down when sugar cane fields are segregated. Sources say minister could not reply because there is no short cut for knowledge?.
