When the country is one, then why don’t the elections take place once? A new discussion has surfaced in the momentum of time that elections should happen once rather than having Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha elections in different times of trials. The plan is to conduct elections of the Upper House and Lower House together. It has been in Modi’s agenda since 2014. And, the ruling government is not only working in this direction, but also is preparing Law Ministry for certain changes. A lot of speculations are taking place regarding this, and people are of opinion that this isn’t an easy game, but as many believe, if PM Modi is there then anything is possible.
