Shanghai Sahyog Sangathan ( SCO) likely to meet by the end of this year. India is the host country. Russia, China, and some middle African countries are members. As per the charter, the host country is to invite all members and if fails name can be put in the blacklist. Sources say being host country India likely to invite PM of Pakistan and it depends whether PM of Pakistan himself participates or sends a delegation.
