The strong lobby of IAS always tried to keep themselves away from the word BABU or BABUDUM, sources say. Perturbed with this addressed word in 2016, a resolution by the Association was passed and submitted to the government to issue instructions to refrain from using this word for them, sources say. Strangely while addressing the parliament recently PM himself used these words twice in his speech and asked the public representatives not to leave everything to be attended by BABUs but they should also do something, sources say?
