Most of the leaders from states where the Congress party is in power or in power with a coalition are left, and the party spokesman and state leaders are absent from the meeting. Some prominent leaders are left though they presently do not occupy any position in such meetings their valuable guidance would have benefited the party source says. Seems the party president got the hint that’s why in her address she said that who have not been invited should not think that they are not important to the party but because of some constraints everyone could not get an invitation source says?
