According to some top sources, it has been learned that Karnataka Congress is having cracks within the party which is gradually intensifying. Sources say that Karnataka Congress is divided into two camps over the question of CM face for upcoming assembly elections in Karnataka scheduled for next year in summers. On one hand, one camp is led by D.K Shivkumar who wants to put forth his CM choice on the tables, a discussion on the same was held in a meeting with the Vokaliga community. Whereas on the other hand in another camp led by former CM of Karnataka- P.C Siddaramaia where his camp members want his name to be put forth for CM face in coming elections. Sources say that if not situation is not thawed by Congress leadership, Karnataka may also go into a political mess/nosedive mode like Punjab and Rajasthan.
