BJD Supremo Navin Patnaik has appointed a committee consisting of 36 members to draft a manifesto for Lok Sabha and Assembly elections source says. Senior leader Amar Patnaik is the coordinator, and Rajya Sabha member Sushmit Patra is the co-coordinator of the committee, source says. BJD has also invited suggestions from the public to incorporate source says. The BJP seems very cautious to negate the anti-incumbency factor and repeat the past performance sources say.
