    Prashant Kishore with his party ‘Jan Suraj’ is continuing the ‘Udghose Yatra’ and during the yatra has already declared his policy for the forthcoming state assembly elections. His main target is Nitish Kumar and his party JD(U) source says. He is giving tickets to Muslim candidates from where a strong Muslim candidate from JD(U) is contesting source says. His priority is not to touch the BJP stronghold but to cut the votes for JD(U) source says.

    All other parties especially JD(U) focus on Muslims, Dalits and OBC voters, whereas the Jan Suraj party’s focus is on upper caste voters source says. Now JD(U) is also trying to woo the support of the upper castes, Mahachandra Prasad Singh has been nominated as head of the Upper Caste Commission and to  create differences with in the family-nominated brother-in-law of Chirag Paswan and son-in-law of Jitan Ram Manjhi in Bihar State Scheduled Caste Commission source says. Tug of war is continuing, lets hope for a decisive verdict by the state voters in elections source says.
