Ten British Schools Likely To Open Offices In India?

The top British Schools are opening offices in the country to provide students with a unique experience and exposure to the British curriculum. The promoters feel that the scope and response are very encouraging. Out of ten, three are already started, the first one is Hairo International School, located in Bangalore. Jawaharlal Nehru and Winston Churchill are alumni of the school source says. The school believes it's high time for them to attract affluent individuals to send their wards to school, where they can learn both British and Indian culture during their studies, according to the source. The Shrujbari International School recently organised a Garba dance program, and to perform in the program, the Dutch teacher bought Indian costumes, especially required for the program, the source says. The fees are very high, but the long line at the counter of the parents, ready to pay a hefty 20 lakhs per annum, tells a different story and encourages the other schools to open their branch in the country, the source says.
