Is it a craze or something else that drags leaders into competition to sell to the public? Probably, yes, that's why some senior leaders of the BJP are found to be involved in unnecessary fake degrees. The latest charge is of Prashant Kishore, leader of Jansuraj Party, presently campaigning vigorously in Bigar for the assembly elections due for the month of November sources say. PK in a PC blamed the deputy chief minister of Bihar that in 2010, in the form submitted for the election, Samrat Chaudhaty mentioned against the education column as class seven, whereas now in 2025 - after fifteen years, he claims having a degree of PhD from California University source says. This has unnecessarily created confusion in the minds of voters and PK asked Chaudhary to show the public his degree from California University source says. In another incident, former spokesperson and ex minister in the central government RK Singh raised the issue and requested Chaudhary that, if not possible to show the degree of California at least show the public the 10th pass certificate source says. The BJP is maintaining a very calculated silence on the entire matter and Samrat Chaudhary is also not uttering a single word on the subject source says.
