AAP Changing Calculations For Rajya Sabha?

After Sanjeev Arora, Rajendra Gupta, an industrialist from Punjab, was given a ticket to the Rajya Sabha by the AAP government of Punjab, sources say. Rajendra Gupta has a history of helping political parties in times of need and once helped the Akali Dal source says. It's understood that at the time of assembly elections, two prominent leaders of AAP - Bhagwant Singh Maan and Sandeep Pathak approached Rajendra Gupta to help in the election source says. Gupta Ji agreed and with both hands helped the AAP and after the victory it's presumed that leaders committed a Rajya Sabha seat to him source says. The Delhi results bounced back on AAP and the top leadership requested Gupta Ji to bail out of the problems instead of the source. There was no option left to Gupta Ji and he had to help the party source says.
