Cabinet Meeting Postponed For One Member?

It's very uncommon to hear that the cabinet meeting has been postponed due to the unavailability of one member. The cabinet meeting is fixed by the cabinet secretariat and all the ministers are informed accordingly source says. This time, the meeting was also fixed based on the availability of all ministers, including both deputy chief ministers. However, one deputy CM, Keshav Maurya, was away and could not confirm his availability, so the meeting was finalised, the source says. After fixing the meeting, he was informed. Keshav Maurya complained to Delhi that we were always meeting without ascertaining his availability, the source says.
