Priyanka Gandhi's Tea With BJP Leadership

The Lok Sabha Speaker hosts a tea party for all members every year on the last day of the session. This year, Priyanka Gandhi was probably deputed by Sonia Gandhi to attend in Rahul Gandhi's absence. It’s said that Priyanka was very casual and freely interacted with all senior leaders including the PM source says.

She was seen engaging the senior leaders in some family talk about the medical conditions of the members, especially her mother Sonia Gandhi, a source says. Priyanka is asthmatic like her mother but she narrated that this time she used some special herbs from her constituency and felt better even in this severely polluted environment source says. She added that after experiencing a positive effect herself she used the herbs on her mother and after many years Sonia ji stayed in the capital even in the month of November and December otherwise she used to get her admitted in hospital or go to Goa or Rajasthan source says. The casual discussions in a very free atmosphere impressed the BJP leadership, who always blame her as arrogant and unsocial source says.
