Recently Sidhu visited the house of the ex-CM of Punjab, Capt. Amrinder Singh. It seems that after long discussions of about ninety minutes, Siddhu was advised by the ex-CM to hasten his decision to remain in the Congress or come back to the BJP because the BJP is likely to contest the coming state elections in coalition with the Akali Dal and the Akali will never allow Siddhu as CM face in the coming elections source says. He was further advised that the Congress party is likely to take a different attitude on CM face, if the decision is delayed source says.
