Bhanu Chandra Goswami, IAS officer Uttar Pradesh 2009 batch, who is presently posted as Secretary, Revenue Department, Relief Commissioner, and Consolidation Commissioner, has been transferred and appointed as Divisional Commissioner, Meerut, by the Uttar Pradesh Government.
