Dr Adapa Karthik, IAS officer Punjab 2008 batch who is presently posted in the cadre, has been appointed as Regional Adviser, Health Health(P-5 Level) WHO, South East Asia Regional Office(SEARO). The competent authority has approved the foreign assignment.
