Atal Dullo IAS officer AGMUT(JK) 1988 batch recently repatriated to his cadre from central deputation has been appointed as Chief Secretary of Jammu&Kashmir(UT Administration). Official order has been issued by the MHA.

Atal Dullo IAS officer AGMUT 1989 batch, who is presently posted as Secretary, Department of Border Management, Government of India has been repatriated to his parent cadre. Dullo is most likely to be the next Chief Secretary of J&K.
