In panel consideration meeting for next Kerala DGP in New Delhi. The UPSC has shortlisted three names for DGP panel to be sent to state government of Kerala from picking one officer from the recommended panel. These three IPS officers are:
1- Nitin Agarwal IPS; 1989

After incumbent DGP of Rajasthan Utkal Ranjan Sahoo resigned and appointed as RPSC Chairman. The Rajasthan Government has sent four names to UPSC for appointment of next Rajasthan DGP. The names are as follows;
1- Rajeev Kumar Sharma (IPS: 1990: RJ),
2-Sanjay Agrawa
