Riddhim Agarwal IAS officer Uttarakhand 2005 batch recently appointed as IGP Kumaon Zone has taken over charge of IGP Kumoan Zone. Post taking the charge she called for ensuring maximum visibility in the zone to deter crime and foster sense of security in the region.
